COUTURE 2014 Opening Day
May 29, 2014
Las Vegas, NV—The opening day of COUTURE kicked off with a palpable sense of excitement among both retailers and designers. Across the board, attendees commented on how the designers had really exceeded their expectations in both the environments they established in their salons, as well as the jewelry they are presenting.
“We are thrilled with the first day of the show,” enthused COUTURE Show Director, Gannon Brousseau. “After all of the hard work of the past year, and all of the constant communication we’ve had with our designers and our retailers, it’s so gratifying to come together to celebrate our community in the exceptional ambience of the Wynn. We’re really looking forward to the rest of the show.”
“It’s our job to introduce our customers to new styles and the latest must haves, and COUTURE is a great place for discovering the designers that are creating just that,” explained Louis Agarino of Louis Anthony Jewelers in Pittsburgh, PA. “The designers have really stepped it up this year and are offering designs with really unexpected details in a variety of price points. And COUTURE is such a civilized and relaxed environment, it’s great to be here!”
“Today was beyond our expectations,” said Mark Patterson. “We saw new clients, and met with existing customers who all wrote orders. We put a lot of energy into a new collection we’re introducing and we’re so happy that it was so well received.”
COUTURE is running at Wynn Las Vegas until Monday, June 2nd, and is open to qualified retailers and media. To request media credentials, or to request images from the show, please contact Michelle Orman at michelle@LastWordComm.com or at (646) 302-5521.
