COUTURE and COUTUREtime 2017 Kick off with Energy and Excitement
Quality in Design, Brands and Attendance are Highlight of Las Vegas Event

June 2, 2017, Las Vegas, NV—There was a palatable energy and a high-level of excitement within the halls of COUTURE and COUTUREtime on opening day, 2017. The Wynn salons and ballrooms were filled with the bold and innovative designs from the most admired fine jewelry brands in the world, while the Encore saw a confluence of the best in luxury timepieces. Retailers from across the globe continually expressed awe at the high-quality of designs seen, as well as the convenience of having all of their buying needs met in one location.

“We are off to a strong start,” said Gannon Brousseau, Senior Vice President of Emerald Expositions and COUTURE Show Director. “The retailers who are coming are good, and they’re here to buy. There’s a lot of really positive energy among our exhibiting brands, and the retailers are delighted with the convenience of not having to ‘leave campus.’ We’re looking forward to the rest of the week!”

“COUTUREtime is the premier destination for discerning customers in the luxury timepiece industry,” says Edouard d’Arbaumont, President of IWC North America. “IWC is thrilled to be a part of this exclusive event for the first time.”

“Our first day has been off to a great start,” enthused Dharmesh Kothari, owner of Syna. “We have been consistently busy, and we’re able to spend quality time with all of the retailers with whom we have appointments.”

“We are delighted to be part of the best luxury watch platform in the United States, COUTUREtime,” said Jeffery Cohen, President of Alpina Frederique Constant USA Inc. “The exhibition is essential for Frederique Constant, Alpina and Ateliers deMonaco to share their brand direction and novelties with key members of the press and the retail community. We look forward to a great show and are excited for 2017 and years to come.”

“As one of the early Swiss brands to move to COUTUREtime, we continue to be impressed by the growth and opportunities the show offers,” noted Robert Peterman, Vice President Hermès of Paris – Fine Timepiece Division Americas.

COUTURE will run until Tuesday, June 6 while COUTUREtime is open until Monday, June 5. Click here to register to attend.
